Weed-Recipe : Acapulco Green

Ingredients
Acapulco Green--------------
3 ripe avocados
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 teaspoons chili powder
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 cup chopped greens
it all together. It can be served with tacos or as a dip.
Directions
Mix the vinegar, greens, and chili powder together and let themixture stand for one hour. Then add avocados and onions and mash

Ingredients
3 cups vegetable stock1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
4 tablespoons cannabutter
¼ cup yellow onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
2 cups heavy cream
Directions
- Bring vegetable stock to a boil in a large pot over high heat. Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, then sauté the onion and celery for 3 minutes. Stir in the flour, making a thick mixture.
- Add this mixture to the pot and turn the heat down to a light simmer. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes. The soup should become thick. Serve right away and enjoy!

Ingredients
Cupcakes:1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup Crisco
½ cup cannabutter, at room temperature
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon lemon extract
Frosting:
1 Betty Crocker Rich and Creamy fluffy white frosting
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Starting with the cupcakes, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set this aside for later.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar with Crisco and cannabutter. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, lemon extract, and the flour mixture one at a time. Mix thoroughly.
- Grease and flour your cupcake pans before filling three-quarters full with cake batter. Bake for 1 hour. Let the cupcakes cool before you begin frosting!
- Once they are cool, frost the cupcakes and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons THC oil
5 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 ½ tablespoons light corn syrup
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon applesauce
3 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Set this aside.
- Pour the THC oil and the chopped chocolate into a double boiler over high heat. As the water boils in the lower pan, whisk the chocolate and oil until melted. Remove from the heat, and whisk in the corn syrup, brown sugar and applesauce. Stir in the vanilla and egg whites. Beat the mixture until smooth, and then stir in the flour mixture until you get a smooth consistency.
- Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 20 minutes. The brownies are ready when the center of the top is almost firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. Enjoy these chocolate treats!

Ingredients
8 teaspoons cannabutter4 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
12 slices Challah
Maple syrup
Directions
1. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg.2. Melt 4 teaspoons of cannabutter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Soak each piece of bread in the egg mixture for about 10 seconds each side. Fry each piece of bread in the melted cannabutter until each side is golden. As the bread soaks the cannabutter, add more for each batch, teaspoon by teaspoon.
3. Serve warm and top with maple syrup.
